Your training program should always include the current Microsoft (or any other key organisation's) authorised exam preparation and simulation materials. Be sure that the practice exams aren't just asking you the right questions in the right areas, but ask them in the way that the actual final exam will structure them. It really messes up people if they're met with completely different formats and phraseologies. Obviously, it's very important to be confident that you're completely ready for your actual certification exam before embarking on it. Rehearsing simulated exams will help to boost your attitude and will avoid you getting frustrated with wasted exam attempts.
